What I collect
I collect contact details you submit through the lead form, including name, email, project type, and project brief.
How I use data
Submitted data is used to evaluate project fit, respond to your inquiry, and schedule discovery calls.
The chat assistant (Dev)
Dev is an AI assistant, not a person. Every conversation with it is saved: the messages on both sides, and anything you choose to tell it — your name, email, phone, business, city, website, or what you are trying to fix. None of it is required to use the chat, and nothing is ever guessed or filled in for you. Alongside that I keep the page you were on when you opened the chat, the site that referred you, your browser type and your language.
Your messages are sent to Anthropic to generate Dev’s reply, under its commercial API terms.
Why I keep these conversations. Three reasons, and I would rather state them plainly than bury them. First, so I can answer you — if Dev cannot help and you ask me to follow up, the conversation is what I read before I reply. Second, to improve Dev: I read what it got wrong and rewrite its instructions and the pages it draws from. That means a person editing instructions, not your messages being fed into training an AI model. Third, and most usefully for everyone: the questions people ask before they buy tell me what this website explains badly, what services people assume I offer, and what is worth building next. A great deal of what gets written and built here starts as a question somebody typed into that chat.
Who sees it. Only me. Chat conversations are never published on this site, never shown to other visitors, and never sold or shared for advertising.
How long I keep it. A conversation and everything in it — including your name and contact details — is deleted twelve months after your last message. What survives is an anonymous six-month summary: counts, topics, types of business, cities, and a written note on what people were asking about. Those summaries contain no names, no contact details and no message text, which is exactly why they can be kept — there is nothing left in them to identify anyone.
You can ask me to delete your conversation sooner, at any time, by emailing info@sessdev.com. Please do not type card numbers, passwords, health information or anything else sensitive into the chat — it is a conversation, not a secure form.
Data sharing
I do not sell inquiry data. I only use service providers required for operations such as hosting, email delivery, and lead storage.
