Business Growth Assessment
$399
One time · credited toward your build
Where I find out what to build, and in what order.
The assessment is its own product. Buying it does not commit you to building anything. You can stop here and the roadmap is still yours — keep it, act on it yourself, or hand it to another developer. It is credited in full only if you go on to build with me.
The only part that really moves the number.
A website
$1,8002026 rate
Fixed, not an estimate
A complete website system on your own domain.
Software & systems
Quoted from your roadmap
Fixed scope, agreed before anything starts
Portals, ordering, booking, dashboards, operations. No two alike.
Two plans either way. The website rate is fixed; software is quoted.
Care
12-month term, either way
I keep it online, secure and up to date.
Growth
12-month term, either way
Everything in Care, and I build your roadmap.
Same first step, same two plans. What you build sets the rest.
The twelve months finish and you want no further plan - you move your hosting elsewhere and we are done. Here is exactly what you keep.
The website is yours forever. The dashboard is the part I run.
Once the term is complete and everything is paid, you can ask for a one-time handover of the source code. Move it to any host, hand it to any developer.
A full export of your leads, bookings, orders and contacts, in a portable format. Yours the whole time, not just at the end.
It is the service I run, not a thing I hand over, so it does not transfer. Your data comes out of it; the tool itself ends with the plan.
A portal, an ordering system and an internal tool are three different handovers, so the terms are written into your agreement before the build starts.
Before the term is finished there is no handover — only a priced buyout, if you want to leave early. That is what makes a twelve-month commitment mean something, and it is the reason the build can be priced the way it is. All of it is written into your agreement before you sign.
A first website, a site that needs cleaning up, and a full rebuild are three different jobs. The assessment is where I find out which one you actually have, before either of us commits to anything.
I build your first one from scratch, set up to get found and bring in customers.
I clean up, speed up, or extend what you have. No need to start over.
I rebuild a dated site into a faster system that drives orders, bookings, and leads.
Shops, services, trades, clinics, restaurants, real estate, and more. The system is shaped around how your business actually gets customers.
A website has a fixed price, so none of this applies to it. Software is different every time. Before I can put a number on one, I need to know what it is, what it does, and what it has to connect to - and I go through all three with you before anything is written down.
A web app, a customer portal, an online store, an internal tool, something on a phone. Different things to build, so different numbers.
How many jobs it has to do, and how many kinds of people use it. Two screens is not twenty.
Payments, bookings, a system you already run. Every connection is real work, and some are harder than others.
Straight answers. If yours is not here, ask me.
Yes, and it is credited in full toward your build, so it is a deposit rather than an extra cost. Building without one means guessing with your money. If you decide not to go ahead, the roadmap is still yours to keep or hand to someone else.
Both plans capture your leads - that is not the difference, and you are covered on either one. Care keeps what you have online, secure and up to date (hosting, security, backups and monitoring) with a simple dashboard to see them in. Growth does all of that with a much deeper dashboard, and builds your roadmap on top: four to six improvements a year, worked in 90-day cycles against each quarter of your plan. On either plan, work outside the roadmap is quoted separately.
The same assessment, at the same price - it is where I work out what the thing actually is. From there a website has a fixed price, and anything bigger is quoted from your roadmap rather than off a menu, because that work genuinely differs from one business to the next. Either way you finish on the same two plans, Care or Growth, though what they cost follows what was built.
No, and they should not. They are the same two plans - Care keeps it running, Growth keeps improving it - but running an ordering system, a portal or an operations tool is not the same job as running a website. It carries error monitoring, backups and uptime on something your business runs on, and Growth on software means a 12-month roadmap for making that system more useful rather than a website roadmap. So the plan is quoted with the build, from what your assessment found. You see both numbers, the build and the monthly, before you sign anything.
The build is priced as a system rather than a one-off, and the plan is what keeps it working and improving after launch. The term is what makes both numbers possible.
Your customers, your data, your brand and your domain are yours the whole way through, and they stay exportable. Once the term is complete and everything is paid, you can ask for a one-time handover of the website source code, so you can move it to any host or any developer. What does not transfer is the dashboard - that is the service I run rather than a thing I hand over, and it is what the monthly pays for. Before the term is finished there is no handover, only a priced buyout. For software, what transfers is settled during the assessment and written into your agreement before anything is built.
