If any of this sounds familiar

I'm not going to pretend I know your business. But after enough of these, the same handful of situations keep showing up. You'll know in about ten seconds whether one of them is yours.

Everyone who sells to you has a different answer

The web guy says you need a website. The ads guy says you need ads. The SEO guy says SEO. Each one is confident, each one is naming the thing they happen to sell, and you have no way to judge which one is right.

You already paid someone, and got nothing

And you still don't know whether the problem was the work or the person who sold it to you. So now every quote feels like a risk instead of a decision.

The phone rings and nobody books

Or people land on the site and nobody orders. You can see that the number is bad. You just can't see where it breaks, because the part that breaks happens after they leave.

Everything still goes through you

Quotes, bookings, follow-ups, messages at nine at night. That isn't a marketing problem. It's the ceiling on how big the business can get, and it doesn't move by working harder.

If none of these are you, you probably don't need an assessment — and I'd rather tell you that here than take your money and tell you afterwards.

What's included

Five questions about your business

Where customers come from, where time is wasted, where money leaks. A few minutes, and I read every answer before anything else.

A digital presence audit

Your website, Google Business Profile, reviews, mobile experience, and how you show up when customers search.

A roadmap, not a sales pitch

About five written pages, prioritized by payback: fix now, fix next, fix when it pays for itself.

One Quick Win, implemented

One bounded improvement, built once you have confirmed the roadmap — not a plan for it, the thing itself, working.

A 30-minute delivery call

We walk the roadmap together and answer everything. No obligation to continue.

Who it's for

Owner-run businesses doing real revenue but still running on an old site, manual processes, or WhatsApp — restaurants, service companies, local shops. If that sounds familiar, this was built for you.

I'm based in Southwest Florida and most of my clients are local, which makes it easy to talk straight and move fast. The assessment itself runs over video, so if you found me on YouTube from anywhere in the US, Canada, or the UK, it works exactly the same.

How it works

01

Answer five questions

Five short questions about your business. A few minutes.

02

I audit what you have

Your site, Google Business Profile, reviews and how you show up when customers search.

03

Your roadmap

About five written pages, ranked by payback, within 5 business days.

04

A 30-minute call

We walk the roadmap together and you change anything you disagree with. Then the first Quick Win gets built.

One price, no surprises

$399. Session, audit, roadmap, Quick Win, and delivery call — all of it.

Here's what sits behind that number: a full review of your site, Google Business Profile, reviews and mobile experience, roughly five written pages prioritized by payback, a 30-minute call to walk it through, and up to four hours building the first improvement once you have confirmed the plan. The Quick Win is not a plan for a fix — it's the fix itself. Most audits hand you a PDF and stop there.

$399 is the price. No packages, no upsell, no "starting at" — the scope above is the whole scope, and the Quick Win is included rather than quoted separately afterwards.

If the roadmap doesn't show you at least three improvements worth more than you paid, you get a full refund. That's the whole risk you're taking.

Questions people ask

Is this a sales call?

No. You get the roadmap either way, and it's written so you can act on it yourself. Some clients hire me to implement parts of it. Others don't. Both are fine.

What counts as the Quick Win?

One bounded improvement I implement once you have confirmed the roadmap: a Google Business Profile overhaul, one landing page fix, a review-request automation, or a missed-call text-back. One system, working, demonstrated. Bigger fixes go on the roadmap as projects.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Everything is written in business terms: what it costs you today, what fixing it is worth, and what to do first.

I already have a website or an agency. Is this still useful?

Yes. The assessment is independent — it tells you whether what you have is working, and what it's leaving on the table.
