Coloring Forge
Coloring Forge is my private beta app for publishing operations. I designed and built it to research, produce, and launch coloring books faster for my own workflow before deciding what, if anything, becomes customer-facing.

Why I built it
I needed one system that could move from idea research to publish-ready output without fragmenting the work across loose files and manual steps. Reliability and speed were both hard requirements because the app supports my own publishing pipeline.

Which stack decisions mattered?
A product-oriented web stack with modular frontend architecture and operational data patterns designed for weekly iteration. Decisions prioritized speed to ship without sacrificing maintainability.

Coloring Forge runs in production for my private publishing workflow. It is still a beta product and is not positioned as a customer app yet.
